Weston Walker
Weston Walker is the founder of West Rock Equity and new host of the Capital Raiser Show. His responsibilities include helping investors protect and multiply their wealth through passive real estate investments. As of 2025, West Rock Equity has invested in 4 multifamily value-add projects. Weston is a Sophomore studying finance at Grand Canyon University. He received one of two 4-year full-tuition Jerry Colangelo business scholarships for 2023. He started multiple side hustles and businesses in high school, sold a business, and purchased a 4-plex with his dad who is a retired firefighter. During school, he has interned at a land development firm called Vaulter and commercial brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield, both in the Phoenix area. In addition to business pursuits, Weston will be playing D1 golf at Bradley University while getting his masters degree.
Ruben Greth
Ruben has been scaling in heavy lift apartments and value add Multifamily Syndications since 2019 when he started as an apprentice with a Phoenix based operator. He found his niche working with and developing Co-GP partnerships.
As he forged into Multifamily he simultaneously launched The Capital Raiser Show podcast where he practices interview based thought leadership and creates content designed to help scaling syndicators raise capital compliantly with best in class strategies, technology, marketing, and psychology.

He co-owns the show with Richard C. Wilson, is in the process of co-authoring a book with him and launching a capital raiser coaching program.
